This cocktail can also be made ahead of time for groups and is great for batching.

---|---|
Sparkling Water | 12 oz |
Sparkling Wine | 12 oz |
Combine all of the ingredients in a carafe and gently stir. Serve over ice. Makes 5-6 serves.

---|---|
Bacardi Coconut Rum | 1 oz |
Cucumber-mint Juice | ¾ oz |
Lime Juice | ¼ oz |
Bar spoon Absinthe |
Combine all ingredients in a glass and top with Sparkling Wine. Garnish with mint, edible flowers, and nutmeg.
To batch, multiply each ingredient by your number of guests and serve in a large vessel.
