St‑Germain Infused SORBET by @madebyabby_

Ingredients:
(Peach Sorbet)
2 cups Frozen Peaches
2 oz/60 ml St‑Germain Elderflower Liqueur
0.5/15 ml oz Lemon Juice

(Pistachio Brittle)
1 cup Raw Pistachios
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Kosher Salt

Instructions:
In a large blender, or food processor, blend the frozen peaches, St‑Germain liqueur, and lemon juice until smooth.
Transfer the peach sorbet into a bowl, then place the bowl into the freezer while you get started on the candied pistachios.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add your pistachios, brown sugar and salt.
Gently mix everything together until the sugar begins to melt.
Let the mixture cook until the pistachios become golden, then pour the pistachios onto a parchment lined tray.
Once the candied pistachios are cooled, give them a rough chop
Add a couple teaspoons into your serving glass, followed by a scoop(s) of peach sorbet, then more chopped candied pistachios. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
2 oz/60 ml St‑Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Pinch of Salt
Lemon Zest
From ½ a Lemon
1 tsp Vanilla Paste or Extract

Instructions:
Using a whisk, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
Add St‑Germain, a pinch of salt, lemon zest, and vanilla paste.
Beat the cream again until fully combined and stiff peaks are formed. Be careful to not over whip the cream.

BUTTERMILK FROSTING

Ingredients:
100 g of Softened Unsalted Butter
300 g of Powdered Sugar
2 oz/60 ml Double Cream
0.5 oz/15 ml St‑Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter using an electric mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar while continuing to mix. Mix until well combined.
Slowly pour in the double cream and St‑Germain while mixing. Once fully incorporated, beat the icing for 2-3 minutes until it becomes light and fluffy.
Frost your cake, cupcakes or cookies and enjoy!

CINNAMON TEA

1 Bag of English Breakfast Tea
1 oz/ 30 ml St‑Germain
1 Slice of Lemon
Garnish with Grated Cinnamon

Instructions:
Begin by steeping one bag of English Breakfast tea in freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength. Once brewed, remove the tea bag.
Stir in St‑Germain, allowing the floral elderflower notes to blend with the rich tea
Squeeze a slice of lemon into the tea for a bright, zesty kick.
Sprinkle a light dusting of grated cinnamon on top, and enjoy!
